Although when we clean, we all want to get the finest results possible by using a variety of cleaning products. However, occasionally we could discover that we are without some cleaning supplies at a critical moment.

However, we've compiled some of the best cleaning tips that will spare you a trip to the store and money spent on specific items. Also resulting in a clean and fresh house.

  • Baby Powder and Dish Soap to Remove Oil-Based Stains

Apply a solution of equal parts baby powder and dish soap to the stains to finally get rid of them.

  • Vegetable Oil for Cleaning Wood Floors

By mixing equal parts vegetable oil and vinegar in a spray bottle, misting the floor, then cleaning up the solution, you can obtain the most shiny wood floors ever. Use a fresh cloth or mop to buff the floor.

  • Windshield Water Repellent for Glass Shower Doors

To avoid those pesky hard water or soap scum stains, simply spray on the water repellent coating and carefully wipe it down.

  • Cornstarch for Cutlery

Your tarnished silver can be restored by coating it with a cornstarch and water solution, letting it dry, and then wiping it off to expose the shiny surface.

  • Vinegar to Wipe Away Hard Water Stains

A mixture of 50 percent white vinegar and 50 percent water is one of the greatest cleaning treatments. Hard water stains are caused by mineral deposits that are removed by the acid in vinegar. Simply mist the faucets and tile with this vinegar solution, let them sit for five to fifteen minutes, and then wash with fresh water and a cloth or sponge. Make a paste out of baking soda, vinegar, and water for harder stains and dirt accumulation. Clean and shine the surface using a toothbrush or sponge.

  • Bread for Collecting Broken Glass

Take up a piece of bread. Even a broom, mop, or vacuum cannot pick up the minute glass particles that the spongy surface easily lifts.

  • Sponge for Microwave

Put a clean, moistened sponge or cloth on the tray and turn on the microwave on high for two minutes. Then wipe the microwave, using a sponge or cloth.
